Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Incorporated in May 1984, the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) is a 501 non-profit organization whose mission is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. CCH advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being and stability of those it serves. Organized in response to the increase in homelessness throughout Colorado, CCH has developed and implemented numerous programs designed to create systemic change and provide direct services.  These services include health care, mental health care, substance treatment services, family support services, children’s programs and affordable housing.  CHH annually serves over 13,000 homeless individuals, families and children statewide.

the European Federation of National Organisations working with the Homeless, was established in 1989 as a European non-governmental organisation (in French, FEANTSA stands for la Fédération Européenne d'Associations Nationales Travaillant avec les Sans-Abri). The some 100 member organisations of FEANTSA come from 30 European countries, including all 27 Member States of the European Union. Members are non-governmental organisations that provide a wide range of services to homeless people including accommodation and social support. Most of the members of FEANTSA are national or regional umbrella organisations of service providers. They often work in close co-operation with public authorities, social housing providers and other relevant actors. FEANTSA is the only major European network that focuses exclusively on homelessness at European level. FEANTSA receives financial support from the European Commission for the implementation of its activities. FEANTSA works closely with the EU institutions, and has consultative status at the Council of Europe and at the United Nations. <<join FEANTSA>>

Fondo Andaluz de Municipios para la Solidaridad Internacional
This cooperation is an expression of solidarity of the Andaluz Society for the impoverished communities from other parts of the world. It is a social and political commitment at a national level that is autonomous and local. In this manner, the municipalities and deputies, which are the entities closest to the people, must facilitate citizen participation and in solidarity support their initiatives through its social and economic organizations.

Forum de Autoridades Locales Since their first meeting which took place within the WSF 2001, FAL´s focus has been directed towards the debate about the difficulties of public municipal administration that expresses increasing inequalities. The objective is to promote the city as an important agent in the globalization process. They advocate for inclusion of of the city as an instrument to stop social exclusion and so create inclusive policies for citizen related themes. Their emphasis is on local government’s inclusive development. They are based in Brazil.

Habitat International Coalition
Habitat International Coalition (HIC) is an independent, international, non-profit alliance of some 400 organizations and individuals working in the area of human settlements. The strength of the Coalition is based on its worldwide membership that includes social movements, grassroot organizations, civil society organizations, NGOs, academia and research institutions, and like-minded individuals from 80 countries in both North and South. A shared set of objectives bind and shape HIC's commitment to communities working to secure housing and improve their habitat conditions.

Sociologos Sin Fronteras SSF is composed of professionals and students that project a large percentage of their efforts towards international solidarity.
